Polish forward Adam Domogala is staying in Germany, as he has signed a one-year extension with the Hamburg Crocodiles! The team announced the roster move on Wednesday. Managing Director Sven Gösch aadd “Adam is a very consistent player who, as a center, ensures stability on the defensive end and is a very dangerous offensive zone this season. With his calmness, overview, and discipline, he brings a lot of order into our game. We are pleased that Adam has decided to stay.”
Domogala joined Hamburg last year, after starting the season with Zaglebie Sosnowiec. He performed well enough in that half-season to earn another contract for 2022 and a larger role. This season he has exploded for the team, putting up 20 goals and 32 assists in 47 games. All his of key scoring statistics rank in the top 50 among skaters in the high scoring Oberliga. The Polish forward has played most of his career in Germany but did appear in the PHL for Krakow, winning PHL Championships in 2016 and 2017.
This year the Hamburg Crocodiles sits fifth in the Oberliga Nord. At 27 wins, they have already surpassed their previous total. Now the team has locked up their fourth-leading scorer in Adam Domagala.
